Server Assistant/Busser
Are you ready to be a part of the bustling Downtown Sarasota atmosphere? Do you excel in anticipating needs, even before a guest has to ask? Then you have the talent Duval's Fresh. Local. Seafood needs. As a Server Assistant/Busser you are are in constant contact with our guests. You will greet guests with waters as they are sat, aid in running food, clear and reset tables, and answer any questions guests may have. Guest engagement is a must.

This is an opportunity to experience a fast-paced successful restaurant and build a strong foundation in the hospitality setting. Exposure and Training in an award winning restaurant with opportunity to explore other restaurant concepts in addition to other roles within the restaurant. This position is tipped, averaging $15 - $22 per hour.
F/T and P/T hours, dinner shifts available 7 days a week, morning hours available seasonally. Opportunity at Duvals Fresh. Local Seafood located in downtown Sarasota.

What the Job Requires:
Positive Attitude
Organizational Skills and Multi-tasking a must.
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
Ability to command a room with great flair.
Team-player mentality a must!
Basic understanding of OpenTable reservation program preferred.
At least one year bussing in a restaurant preferred.
At least eighteen years of age.
Ability to lift and move tables and chairs up to 50 lbs.
