Create an NCS Account

Before doing any financial transaction with NCS, the customer must first create an account. In order to do this the following will be required at a minimum:

Two Government Issued Identification documents. At least one must have an expiration date
Your primary economic activity and source of income (details vary depending on your risk categorization)
Residence information (details vary depending on your risk categorization)

Current mobile telephone and email address
General biographical information, age, sex etc.
Indication of expected transaction activity type, frequency and amounts

Minimum Requirements to Send Money

Minimum Requirements to Receive Money

Hold a valid account with NCS
Present at least one Identification document used to open the account. Use same language as beside ID now.
Present the reference number (use same language as there now for getting reference number from the sender)
Present the name of the sender, relationship to the sender and purpose of the transaction.
