✨ About the Role

We’re seeking an Organization Design & Development Specialist to join our Global HR team. Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, this role will play a pivotal part in optimizing our organizational structure, processes, and talent strategy to support our evolving business goals.

You’ll collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders to enhance efficiency, improve organizational performance, and elevate the employee experience — helping position Kolon TissueGene as an employer of choice in the biotech industry.

💼 Key Responsibilities

🌟 Primary Focus Areas

1️⃣ Organization Design & Development

• Conduct in-depth assessments of current organizational structures, reporting lines, workflows, and decision-making processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities to improve alignment, collaboration, and performance.
• Develop future-state organizational models aligned with business strategy, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and processes to strengthen accountability.
• Lead change management efforts, including communication, training, and providing ongoing support to leaders and teams.

2️⃣ Learning & Development

• Design and implement learning programs that foster continuous employee development and build critical skills across the organization.
• Create training plans that support new organizational designs, leadership development, and evolving business needs.
• Deliver engaging development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities and career growth.

3️⃣ Employer Branding

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to strengthen Kolon TissueGene’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Drive branding campaigns, social media presence, job fairs, and partnerships to elevate the company’s external profile.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand message across all touchpoints.

🧩 System & Strategic Support

• Strengthen HR operations and systems, including data analytics, dashboards, and background screening processes.
• Deliver compelling insights and recommendations to senior leadership through data-driven presentations.
• Support global HR initiatives across learning, engagement, and organizational change strategies.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee experience programs as needed in the absence of a dedicated specialist.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in organizational design required.
• Prior experience in organizational development, or HR transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with change management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Energetic, service-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
