Hoboken, NJ, USA · Full-time · Associate About The Position eMazzanti Technologies, a leading provider of IT Services, is looking to expand its eCare Managed Services team by providing Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support to an expanding client base. We’re experiencing double-digit growth and offer opportunities for continuous learning about Microsoft Networks, firewall and endpoint security, Cloud computing, Office 365, and Azure. You’ll be part of a team that supports each other and works together to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Understand and resolve customer technical problems over the phone or in person as needed. Conduct analysis and troubleshooting via telephone, email, and remote control for customer accounts promptly. Monitor and troubleshoot backup or other scheduled client tasks. Use a ticketing system to track and escalate customer issues. Maintain a positive phone demeanor and ensure customer satisfaction. Perform remote maintenance as required. Other duties as assigned. Demonstrate competency in company products and services, such as Microsoft Office 365, Watchguard Firewalls, and others. Identify recurring themes and proactively work to resolve them. Requirements Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft products with basic competency in Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory. Technical aptitude. A desire to help people and resolve their computer issues.
