KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge and experience in computer hardware, including PC’s, printers, and peripherals.
• Administrative knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, Teams, SharePoint, .
• Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 10 & 11 and Server 2019 & 2022>
• Experience supporting Desktop and Cloud Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Asana, Outlook, and various business applications, such as SAP & HubSpot.
• Extensive knowledge of PC and Server Windows Networking, TCP IP, etc.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the processing of service calls via telephone, e-mail, and ticketing to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of the end user issues.
• Document all service calls, follow-up all open service calls and provide periodic status information of each user request.
• Perform firsthand fixes at the desktop level, including installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting systems applications (software) and hardware, for on-site and remote users.
• Assist in network and server administration tasks.
• Train, coach, and mentor end users
• Monitoring and logging daily backups and system availability.
• Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
• Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions, and resources on the internet to aid in problem resolution.
• IT asset manager and purchasing responsibilities.
