Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all rounded Finance and Accounting functions, including reporting, budget & forecast and costing analysis
• Perform and report timely and accurate financial and operational analysis to the Group and local senior management
• Ensure proper internal controls and financial procedures are in place and comply with Group policies
• Collaborate with various departments to drive financial initiatives
• Improve and streamline SAP implementation
• Liaise with auditors during the interim review and annual audit
• Perform ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Station in factory in USA - Nashville
• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance with professional accounting qualification
• Over 3 years solid experience with manufacturing exposure
• Native in Mandarin and English
• Strong ability of business performance improvement
• Good communication and presentation skills and management abilities
