Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities :
+ Lead company-wide financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planning
+ Analyze performance and create actionable financial reports for leadership
+ Build and improve reporting tools and dashboards using current systems
+ Collaborate with project and operations teams to align cost tracking and financial targets
+ Support monthly close, job costing reviews, and year-end processes
+ Identify gaps or inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
+ Monitor KPIs and provide strategic insights to support long-term growth
Skill Set We’re Looking For:
+ Background in construction or project-based financials strongly preferred
+ Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and tell the story behind the numbers
+ Hands-on experience with construction accounting software (Foundation or similar)
+ Comfortable creating forecasting models and dashboards from scratch or improving existing templates
+ Organized, proactive, and collaborative—someone who likes solving problems and getting things done
