Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 per year

Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and manage AP, AR, and Payroll teams
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and WIP reports
Oversee cash management and financial analysis
Ensure GAAP, prevailing wage, certified payroll, and union reporting compliance
Maintain internal financial controls
Manage payroll tax filings, W-2s, 1099s
Liaise with external auditors, unions, insurance, and banking partners
Utilize ERP/accounting software for reporting and controls
Qualifications Section – Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller (construction industry preferred)
Experience in financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and cash flow management
Familiarity with Certified Payroll and Union Reporting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with ERP/Accounting systems and Microsoft Office
